  1. Ha ha! Russia offered to pay in Rubles instead! You can have dollars but the US Govt won't let the bank process it. You could have Rubles, but the US Govt won't let you withdraw it! Wouldn't be a 'default' it would be 'Force Majeur'. The US just keeps producing nails and holding them for Russia to bang in the coffin of the Dollar!!! Ruble gets stronger and more attractive. The Dollar gets weaker and less desirable!
