  1. A recent FOI request to the Scottish Govt revealed that 50,000 landlords (who owned a single rental property) have already left the rental market. Punitive conditions introduced and planned by the Kier Starmer's Labour Govt are making the ownership of rental properties unviable. If a property is kept unoccupied for a long period, local councils charge 300% council tax, to force the properties back on to the market! Don't forget we give money to India, who can afford their own space programme - even if they crash land on the Moon! My pocket money was 3d (not p) per day with a shilling on Saturdays to go to the Saturday morning picture show. My sister's little 2-bed town house in Kent has a market value over £700k. It's nothing special! My 2-bed house in Derbyshire markets under £100k!
