The $3bn package will be in 7 months to 3 years time! "Russian soldiers refusing to fight..." - is by an anti-Russian/BBC Russia journalist! There is no "inability to do mass mobilization" - The DUMA stated there will be NO mass mobilization! "Putin still wants most of Ukraine..." - written by a "White House Business Correspondent"! If Ukraine is 'dominant'/winning, why does the red area of all the maps continue to grow? So far, Russia has liberated Mariupol, Luhansk and most of Donetsk and now controls $12 trillion of Ukraine's territory, assets and resources. The revenues from energy have increased 40%, trade has grown with many non-Western countries and the Ruble is the best performing currency in the World! Everything this numpty says is bullshit!

  2. Don't forget that the Kiev Govt's sell-off of Ukrainian territory started on Sept 1st! E.g. 1.7 million hectares of agricultural land to 3 US corporations, one of which is Monsanto! Ukrainian grain will be Genetically Modified - who's going to want to buy that?!!!
