  2. Why would Russia need to shell Donetsk City 'to blame Ukraine', when the Ukraine Army does it so much anyway? Russia never claimed cigarettes were involved. They stated a breach of safety procedures, which could equally be storing too much ammunition in the same place! Kiev also claimed Russia was 'going to do something' on August 19th - never happened. Ukraine just boosted the morale of the troops and the support of the Russian people by murdering a pro-Russian reporter and journalist - in Moscow!!
