  2. As can be read in my post - weekly figures are updated WEEKLY! In January 2022, Zelensky signed the order to assemble a 40,000 strong task force to 'take back Donbas'. On 16th Feb '22, the OSCE recorded more than 40 ceasefire breaches, as the UA began shelling Donbas, rising to more than 2,000 a day on 20th, 21st and 22nd. On 24th Feb, as requested under Article 51 of the UN Charter, Russia stepped in to stop it. Patrick Lancaster interviewed people liberated from Avdiivka, who pointed out that most of the damage to buildings was done when the UA took back the town! @damonburroughs5283
