In Kupyansk direction, Army Aviation and artillery of the 'Zapad' Group of Forces inflicted a fire damage on manpower and military hardware of the 14th Mechanised Brigade and 103rd Territorial Defense Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) close to Dvurechnaya and Kotlyarovka (Kharkov region).
In addition, eight sabotage and reconnaissance groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed near Krakhmalnoye, Masyutovka, Pershotravnevoye, Timkovka (Kharkov region) and Novoselovskoye (Lugansk People's Republic).
Total enemy casualties in the day in this direction amounted to up to 100 Ukrainian servicemen killed and wounded, two armoured combat vehicles, four vehicles, and one D-30 howitzer.
An ammunition depot of the 113rd Territorial Defense Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has been destroyed near Veterinarnoye (Kharkov region).
In Krasny Liman direction, Army Aviation strikes and artillery fire of the 'Tsentr' Group of Forces hit units of the 67th, 92nd Mechanised and 25th Airborne brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the areas of Chervonaya Dibrova, Stelmakhovka (Lugansk People's Republic) and Yampolovka (Donetsk People's Republic).
Up to 65 Ukrainian servicemen, an infantry fighting vehicle, two armoured combat vehicles, three vehicles, two Gvozdika self-propelled howitzers, and a Grad MLRS have been destroyed during the day.
In Donetsk direction, up to 190 Ukrainian troops, two infantry fighting vehicles, one armoured personnel carrier, three motor vehicles, a Msta-B howitzer, and a US-made M777 artillery system have been neutralised during the day by the 'Yug' Group of Forces offensive and artillery fire.
In South Donetsk and Zaporozhye directions, artillery and heavy flamethrower systems of the 'Vostok' Group of Forces hit Ukrainian Armed Forces in the areas of Ugledar and Novoselka (Donetsk People's Republic).
The enemy's losses included over 60 Ukrainian troops, two tanks, four infantry fighting vehicles, two armoured combat vehicles, D-20 and a D-30 howitzers, as well as a Gvozdika self-propelled howitzer in these directions.
In Kherson direction, one Gvozdika self-propelled howitzer and one D-30 howitzer have been obliterated during the day as part of the counter-battery warfare operation.
Army Aviation, Missile Troops and Artillery of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have neutralised 87 AFU artillery units at their firing positions, manpower and hardware in 112 areas.
The air defence forces shot down eight HIMARS projectiles and destroyed 11 Ukrainian drones close to Sofiyevka, Popovka, Golikovo, Novokrasnyanka, Kremennaya, Zhitlovka, and Chervonopopovka (Lugansk People's Republic).
In total, 385 airplanes and 208 helicopters, 3,132 unmanned aerial vehicles, 404 anti-aircraft missile systems, 7,875 tanks and other armoured fighting vehicles, 1,020 combat vehicles equipped with multiple launch rocket systems, 4,101 field artillery cannons and mortars, as well as 8,388 units of special military hardware have been destroyed during the special military operation.

@WhatAboutTheBee Russia isolated Kiev during the first phase (note they didn't send an occupying force there), to prevent reinforcements being sent to Donbas. In phase two, those reinforcements were sent to Odessa instead to boost the 40,000 already being kept there, because ships with 10,000 Russian troops onboard, were waiting in the Black Sea.
Unlike Ukraine, Russia has withdrawn troops, where necessary, to preserve her military power. Note how Ukraine's only advances have been where Russia withdrew her troops first! Since then, Russia has incrementally advanced, using long-range weapons. 75% of the UA casualties have been from Russian artillery.

Russian Defence Ministry report on the progress of the special military operation
On 16 February, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched a concentrated missile attack, using high-precision long-range air- and sea-based armament, against the enterprises that provided the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) with fuel and munitions.
The goals of the attacks have been reached. All the assigned targets have been neutralised.
The attack has resulted in the interruption of fuel supplies to the AFU groups, considerable reduction of capabilities in producing explosive substances, powders, and solid propellants.
The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation.
In Kupyansk direction, the active operations, conducted by the units, artillery, Ground-Attack and Army aviation of the 'Zapad' Group of Forces, have resulted in the neutralisation of the enemy manpower and hardware near Gryanikovka, Liman Pervy, Berestovoye (Kharkov region), and Novosyolovskoye (Lugansk People's Republic).
Up to 80 Ukrainian personnel, two armoured fighting vehicles, and six motor vehicles have been eliminated.
In Krasny Liman direction, the firepower operations, conducted by the 'Tsentr' Group of Forces, have resulted in the elimination of about 90 Ukrainian personnel, one infantry fighting vehicle, two armoured fighting vehicles, one Grad multiple-launch rocket system (MLRS), and two Akatsiya self-propelled howitzers near Terny (Donetsk People's Republic), Stelmakhovka, Nevskoye, and Chervonaya Dibrova (Lugansk People's Republic).
In Donetsk direction, the offensive and artillery operations, conducted by the 'Yug' Group of Forces, have resulted in the elimination of up to 200 Ukrainian personnel, two armoured fighting vehicles, two motor vehicles, as well as two D-30 and one D-20 howitzers.
One ordnance depot of 36th Marine Brigade of the AFU has been destroyed near Avdeyevka (Donetsk People's Republic).
In South Donetsk and Zaporozhye directions, Operational-Tactical Aviation and the artillery of the 'Vostok' Group of Forces have neutralised the Ukrainian units near Ugledar (Donetsk People's Republic), Olgovskoye, and Magdalinovka (Zaporozhye region).
The enemy has lost over 70 Ukrainian personnel, one infantry fighting vehicle, two armoured fighting vehicles, two pickups, one Uragan MLRS, two D-20 howitzers, as well as one U.S.-manufactured M-777 artillery system.
One ordnance depot of 72nd Mechanised Brigade of the AFU has been destroyed near Ugledar.
In Kherson direction, the firepower operations have resulted in the elimination of up to 35 Ukrainian personnel, 12 motor vehicles, two Akatsiya self-propelled howitzers, as well as one HIMARS MLRS.
Two ordnance depots of 124th and 129th territorial defence brigades have been destroyed near Kherson, and Vysshetarasovka (Dnepropetrovsk region).
Army Aviation, Missile Troops and Artillery of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have neutralised 97 artillery units at their firing positions, manpower and military hardware in 106 areas.
Russian air defence facilities have shot down one Mi-8 helicopter of Ukrainian Air Force near Nikolskoye (Kherson region).
Nine unmanned aerial vehicles have been destroyed near Golikovo, Preobrazhenskoye, Kuzemovka, Ploshchanka (Lugansk People's Republic), Orlinskoye, Volodino, and Aleksandrovka (Donetsk People's Republic), as well as three rocket-propelled projectiles, launched by HIMARS MLRS, and one HARM anti-radar missile have been intercepted.
