Obviously the Russian Dud missed the Russian Ambassador's statement that targeting the electrical grid was to disrupt the supply of Western weapons (those that haven't been sold on the dark web) by train to the frontline.
The Dud doesn't show the posters put up at children's playgrounds warning parents that punishments would be inflicted on Ukrainians that accepted humanitarian aid (food) from the Russians, or those who stayed in a job during the occupation! He's happy for the UA to shell civilian infrastructure in Belgorod and Donetsk City.

In Kupyansk direction, two enemy battalion tactical groups, supported by foreign mercenaries, had been conducting offensive operations towards Nizhnyaya Duvanka and Svatovo (Lugansk People's Republic).
The offensive has been halted by Army Aviation, artillery fire, and intensive action of Russian forces.
Up to 100 Ukrainian personnel and mercenaries, two tanks, five armoured fighting vehicles, and five pickups have been eliminated.
In Krasny Liman direction, two enemy battalion tactical groups attempted to launch an offensive towards Ploshchanka and Chervonopopovka (Lugansk People's Republic).
