  1. The US Defence Dept stated that 1,500 North Korean troops are being trained in eastern Russia (4,200 miles from Ukraine!). With reference to NK troops being in Kursk they stated on their website 'we have seen the media reports but have not been able to confirm them'. Where were those videos taken? At the training sites in Siberia? At the military bases in Vladivostok?
