The usual propaganda from the Telegraph. Kiev can't shoot down hypersonic missiles. Russia does not target civilians. Damage and injuries in the civilian areas are caused by shot down drones and missiles or the missiles used to shoot them down. That 3 storey building does not look residential - what military activity/ storage was going on there? If a school was targeted, it would be because it was being used as a barracks or for military activity. The UA hides its warehouses and workshops amongst the civilians!
