My respect for the police/Govt evaporated with their handling of the Covid pantomime! Al those people who ticked Labour boxes at the election have given us this! As to why those men at Manchester Airport have not been prosecuted.: The "violent, vicious thug" was the police officer! Having seen the videos, yes, there was a violent confrontation with the police officers. It started when the face-kicking, head stamping officer grabs the man by the neck and slams his head against the vending machine. The other man, the brother of the first, then attacks the offending officer. However, that man was lying prone on the floor. He had been immobilised by a Tazer. The offending officer was NOT being threatened, nor in any danger at all. At no point did anyone try to grab the firearms. There can be NO justification for a police officer to kick anyone in the face and stamp on his head - EVER! PC Thug then goes on to stamp on and punch the other man, who had his hands behind his head and was kneeling as instructed! SO many of the commenters see the racial origins of the men as a justification for what happened. Some believe the events BEFOREHAND make it ok. Is that REALLY what we want from our police? Andy mentions equal treatment. Would he welcome the same behaviour by police officers against his family or friends?
