Anti-Jewish sentiments also grew from the disproportionate Jewish ownership of media - newspapers, magazines, theatres, art-galleries, which frequently promoted 'perverse sexual behaviour', contrary to traditional German moral values. When Judaism declared war on Germany in 1933, with the stated aim of destroying the German economy, Jews became a political and existential threat.
