  7.  @petefrys545  The Moscow Times is anti-Russian and is part funded by the EU and other Western countries. At the start of the SMO, 300 conscripts were sent to Ukraine. When the Russian MOD found out, they were returned to Russia and 14 military commanders were disciplined! Only 'contract' soldiers can serve outside Russia.
