In January 2022, Zelensky signed the order to assemble a 40,000 strong task force to 'take back Donbas'. On 16th February, the OSCE recorded more than 40 ceasefire breaches as the UA began shelling the people of Donbas, rising to more than 2,000 a day on 20th, 21st and 22nd. On 24th Feb, as requested under Article 51 of the UN Charter, Russia stepped in to stop it. How do you rate Kiev's chances at Court? I suspect that those who either follow the hearing or just listen to the result will hear a lot of facts that Western MSM has been trying to keep hidden! Kiev bringing this to Court will destroy the 'narrative'!

Well Dopey, I said the OSCE recorded the ceasefire breaches - or can't you read? A copy of the order signed by Zelensky was uploaded onto the web (no I don't still have a copy). It was signed on 16th Jan '22 if my memory serves me correctly, though it could equally have been as late as the 20th. I'd be surprised if the Russians don't have a copy! @wokeaf1337

OK Nigel, lets deal with these in reverse order. In Jan '22 Russia probably had no plans to 'invade Ukraine'. The shelling of Donbas escalated in mid February. The order about the task force will be in the Rada. But I've seen the document 18 months ago. You're right - the report's no longer there! Now only reports commencing 24th Feb! Considering' 1) the OSCE observers have been kicked out of Donbas for passing details of Russian Forces to Kiev. 2) OSCE members have been instructed not to be photographed with Russian representatives at conferences. They even had the group photo the day before the last conference, knowing Lavrov would arrive the day of the meeting. 3) The Russian delegates plane was only allowed to pass through European airspace if Maria Zakhorova was not on it! Is this pro-Ukraine organisation likely to leave the proof, visible to the world, that Russia was right to accept the request for military assistance from the DPR & LPR? A bit naive, Nigel? @nigelgarrett7970
