More people die in winter than in summer. In summer, the number of deaths goes down, but the average weight goes up. Little old men and women die in winter, fat people die in summer. If the number of summer deaths increases, is that because of climate change or because of increasing obesity?

Global warming has long since been debunked, and is disproved by actual statistics! Of all the states in the US, only one recorded a highest temperature in the last 25 years. One has the record set in the 1890s and there are only 2 or 3 in each of the decades since. By far, the decade with the most record high temperatures (in 22 states!) was the 1930s. If temperatures were increasing across the globe, then they would be higher now than 90 years ago and it would be uniform across the country. Canada's stats show similar variation, again with most areas recording the highest temperatures in the 1930s!

Having seen the videos, yes, there was a violent confrontation with the police officers. Note that the fighting started after the face-kicking, head stamping officer grabs the man, who was complying with his arrest, by the neck and smashes his head against the vending machine. In response the second man (likely the brother of this first man) then attacks the officer. Nonetheless, that man was lying prone on the floor. He had been immobilised by a Tazer. The offending officer was NOT being threatened, nor in any danger at all. There can be NO justification for a police officer to kick anyone in the face and stamp on his head - EVER! SO many of the comments below see the racial origins of the men as a justification for what happened. Some believe the events BEFOREHAND make it ok. Is that REALLY what we want from our police? This was purely violent revenge by the police officer! Would they welcome the same behaviour by police officers against their family or friends?

Having seen the videos, yes, there was a violent confrontation with the police officers. It began when the face-kicking, head-stamping officer grabs the man by the neck and slams his head against the vending machine. In response, the second man, the brother of the first, attacks the offending officer. However, that man was lying prone on the floor. He had been immobilised by a Tazer. The offending officer was NOT being threatened, nor in any danger at all. At NO POINT did anyone go after the firearms! There can be NO justification for a police officer to kick anyone in the face and stamp on his head - EVER! PC Thug then goes on to stamp on and punch the other man, who has his hands behind his head and is kneeling on the floor as instructed! So many of the commenters see the racial origins of the men as a justification for what happened. Some believe the events beforehand make it ok. Is that REALLY what we want from our police? If a member of the public had kicked and stamped on someone laying on the floor, he would have been immediately arrested and charged with assault. Solar and wind sources will never be able to produce enough energy for this country's needs, even with the off-shoring of manufacturing industries abroad. Energy rationing and regional blackouts are part of the plans! Investment should be in new nuclear power stations, so that we at least have the possibility of producing enough electricity for our economy.

There may or may not be 'climate change'. After all, there has never been a period in the Earth's history when the climate HASN'T changed! BUT - is that change down to 'human activity'? There is 'climate' difference between in the sunshine and in the shade. There is a difference between daytime and night-time, between winter and summer. All these differences are caused by the Sun, which has by far the greatest influence on our climate. Is 'change' therefore more likely to be caused by solar activity - more or fewer sunspots, etc - than by anything we do?

Russia gets 30,000 volunteers join the army each month - why would Russia need 10k troops that don't even speak Russian?!!! Ukrainians are not "dying on our behalf". They are dying because Zelensky sent a 40,000 strong taskforce to 'take back Donbas' in early February 2022. Russia stepped in (as requested under Article 51 of the UN Charter) to defend the ethnic-Russians that live there! Those long-range missiles are used by NATO operators NOT Ukrainian ones! Russia does not target civilians.

You'll also find the recruitment stats e.g. 16,000 volunteered in the 10 days following the Crocus Hall attack. Look at a map to see where North Korea and Russia are joined! On 16th Feb '22 the OSCE recorded more than 40 ceasefire breaches, as the UA began shelling Donbas, rising to more than 2,000 a day on 20th, 21st and 22nd. Even Olaf Sholz has declined the authorisation of Taurus missiles, because they would be operated by German troops.

This country already has sufficient 'human rights' laws - we don't need the ECHR. Stopping immigration is not 'racist' - full is full, irrespective of the origin of people wanting to come in. Victor Orban solved Hungary's illegal immigration problem. Entering the country illegally is a crime. There is a legal application route. Entering illegally results in immediate expulsion. Illegal immigration dropped by 99%! Such a policy here would instantly 'smash the gangs', as no-one would pay the smugglers, knowing they would be immediately returned to France! A tightening of entry for legal immigration to highly skilled and necessary workers only or a moratorium on ALL immigration except 'essential' would protect our social structures.

The majority of EVs are 'company cars', bought because of all the incentives and tax-breaks offered by the Government. Most are charged on company premises at the company's expense. Those cars are largely driven by senior company personnel, who not only get numerous other company 'expenses' but will often also be able to claim a number of home expenses/costs against their tax bills. They will likely live in larger homes with 'off road' parking, where they can have a home charger. The pothole situation has got worse because most councils now farm out the repairs to contractors instead of their own works department. Will he be remembering the millions of Russian troops (our allies) who died fighting the Nazis? Or will he remember that this Government is arming the Ukrainian Nazis to kill Russian troops? Will he remember the times spent guarding the opium poppy fields, after the Taliban banned poppy growing, and helping Afghanistan to become the World's biggest heroin producer, controlled by the CIA? Or protecting the Haliburton contractors as they built a gas pipeline through Helmand Province, to compete with Russia's gas supply to the Gulf? Look at how the Hungarian Government dealt with their illegal migrant problem. They have a clear, accessible, fair asylum seeker system. Illegal entry to the country is a crime. People entering the country illegally are immediately expelled for that crime. Note: they can still apply for asylum via the legal system. Illegal immigration has reduced by 99%! The UK doesn't even have to put up border fences - we're an island! Boats can be stopped and sent back from the Channel by Border Force. Asylum can be applied for from the 'safe' country of France.
