No way will Russia abandon the ethnic-Russians there to further genocide by the UA. Nor will Russia forget their vote to be part of Russia. Another of the principle reasons for the SMO is formal recognition that Crimea chose to join the Russian Federation. Putin stated that sanctions must be lifted. Will Trump remove the sanction he put on Nord Stream 2 in January 2021? Or scrap the 'Protecting Europe's Energy Security Act of 2019, as amended in 2020' - which clearly did the opposite, in America's favour? If Trump gives Ukraine 'everything they need to kill Russians on the battlefield', he'll put targets on American cities!
