  1. Don't forget that in 2022, it was revealed that officials had stolen truckloads and a train-load of humanitarian aid, sent to Ukraine, and sold it off through commercial companies! Also, the Kiev Parliament voted-in a law, legalising corruption. Politicians were then allowed to receive 'gifts' and all restrictions on the size of those gifts were removed! In Monaco harbour/marina there is an area known as the 'Ukraine section', because all the luxury yachts there belong to Ukrainian oligarchs!

  3. Try Criminal Code of Ukraine (Chapter XVII). Also see legal acts under the Martial Law (first introduced by Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 64/2022 dated 24.2.2022 and later extended). After the outbreak of war in February 2022, regulations were further simplified, and the range of recipients and charitable activities was broadened. @rjohansen9486
