  1. The West really hasn't thought this through! If an F16 appears in the skies over Ukraine, unless it is just a 'joyride', even if it is only 'intelligence gathering', it is participating in the conflict. If it's a Ukrainian pilot, it is a legitimate military target. If it is a Polish or American pilot, that is active participation in the conflict by NATO! If it took off from an airfield outside Ukraine, that airfield becomes a military target, as does ANY plane that takes off from there. The F16 is capable of carrying nuclear weapons. If a nuclear-capable plane from any country flew within striking distance of the US, the Americans would shoot it down. Russia is no different! Allowing F16s anywhere near Ukraine is a massive escalation!!!
