  1. Total bullsh*t throughout! Most African countries were bullied/blackmailed into not attending, by the US, France and the UK. Under the grain deal, less than 3% of Ukrainian grain has gone to Africa. The ONLY shipment out of the first 60 ships from Ukraine under the grain deal was animal fodder. The EU kept Africa's ( land transported) grain to feed EU animals! Russian grain and fertiliser is blocked by Western sanctions, shipping insurance blocked by Lloyds of London and the exclusion of Russian banks from Swift. Putin gave 50,000 tons of free grain to each of 6 African countries , suffering food shortages, including free delivery! He also wiped out $23bn of debt (loans from the Soviet Union) to help their economies. Many African governments rely on Wagner troops to maintain security in their countries. Ukraine is using long-range Western missiles against Russian territory NOT against military targets inside Ukraine! The UA has NO CHANCE of "encircling Bakhmut! Contrast Ukraine "liberating a small village" with Russia advancing 18km in Luhansk! What air-defence systems has Ukraine got left? When was the last time Russia lost a helicopter?
