  2. The humanitarian aid is sold off though private businesses and the $ are spent on luxury properties anywhere but Ukraine!

  4. Perhaps if the Ukrainians hadn't sold more than $1bn worth of the weapons and ammunition that the US sent them, including M16 rifles, on the dark web, they would not be so dependent on relics from the Cold War.
