  1. Life is often hard. Very hard. That’s part of the implicit deal when we are given life. Ever since man first started walking the earth life has been hard. Earth and life is also an astonishingly beautiful place. Hard times make the good times especially delicious. Accept it. Live it. Be grateful. I’ve never needed a money sucking therapist. I have friends, family, dogs, backpacking, whitewater kayaking, surfing, mountain biking... in beautiful environs to heal my hurting soul when a loved one dies, is hurt, disabled... One day it will be us. So in the meantime live to the fullest. Don’t wallow in self pity and shiver like a scared mouse.
