  9. I live in what could be termed a posh town. I know the homeless population will suddenly appear this time of the year when people are out spending money. Last year we had dozens…the rest of the year we have one bloke who actually has more to live on than me and has turned down houses and flats offered to him by social services - he simply prefers living in his little tent. I won’t give them a penny.
