  4. In regards to REFUGEES CRISIS: Who's going to pay for overconsumption of electricity, gas, utilities, food, also in our low standards already hospitals etc. here!?? People struggling to make ends meet ALREADY ! So, I think fair enough would be if every Ukrainian refugee in Europe start paying some mandatory deduction out of income or welfare benefits for govt local administration funds and finally chip in to help paying all these expanses !!
