  3. @elagabalusrex390  unfortunately, the rate of NPCs to thinking people has always been low throughout history. It's not a new phenomenon. Ideally, you'd have religion or mass media relaying a positive message so those unthinking, arguably sentient lemmings are programmed with agreeable thinking, but there is no avoiding them having second hand opinions.
