  2. On an unrelated note, saturated fats were shown in a study to reduce alcohol liver damage in lab rats (in their study, lard). Btw make your burgers at home! It's SO EASY. There is nothing wrong with beef, bread cheese and pickles. One 200g patty burger is enough to fill me up, no fries needed.
