  1. Regulation only benefits state actors and huge corporations, don't fall for the nefarious fearmongering.

  2. Bias can, and is, built into AI models. If it's open source, the bias and "safety" can be mitigated (fine-tunes, abliteration, etc), but it's still a patchwork solution.
