This court justice, Alexandre de Moraes, has been overstepping his power a lot, and for a long time. He even ordered Bolsonaro to explain why he was at the Hungarian embassy! Everything against him is supposedly "antidemocratic". However, not only was he not voted but appointed, the guy who appointed him (Michel Temer) was the vice president of then-impeached Dilma Rousseff, Lula's stand-in while Lula was in jail. Even the ones who elected Dilma didn't like Temer. Thus, Alexandre de Moraes is the furthest thing from elected possible.
