  1. This is a very interesting topic. At first, you could expect most communication on human settlements to be a hybrid of extremely fast local vs. glacially slow inter-planetary communications. This will invariably cause each settlement to have its own culture, websites, and social interests/preferences. And memes! Think of the memes. You'd have people on Earth reviewing 👏 Martian 👏 memes.

  2. I just want to point out the discussion is silly anyway. It's like biologists getting salty over some Noah's Ark attraction/theme park. It doesn't matter if you believe one thing or the other, and people shouldn't try to convince children one way or another. You just have to tell them to think for themselves, if they think the earth is flat and 6000 years old and all their sins are forgiven by Jew On A Stick then let them.
