  1. Any good channel has variety. Btw, dry brining steak for several hours or even overnight helps a lot to keep the steak juicy and tender as you cook it. Wet brining chicken blew my mind.

  2. It's decorative, it doesn't taste like anything other than salt to me. Like fleur de sel, it's for presentation.
