There are a lot of "cooking channels" with women. There are barely any nerdy food science channels with women. It's just a difference in inclination between both genders.

Farming insects is not environmentally friendly right now, just like "lab" meat. There is the promise that one day it will be, and you can even believe it, but I will not eat the bugs, I will own stuff, and I'll be happy.

Yeah it's just about how you teach it. Good: sex exists, how to protect yourself, STDs, pregnancy, etc Bad: the "gender unicorn" / grooming.

Sorry but all of this has to be pretty obvious to anyone, right? Did someone really not know blue color makes meat look gross, and warmer light makes it look appetizing? Don't mean to offend, just expected more insight than what's already intuitive.

That's not just the US. Across the metric world, some tools and machinery use inches, I'm talking about pipes, nuts and bolts, that kind of thing. Nobody really notices much, though, just like Americans probably don't notice if their prescription comes in milligrams.

Bread indeed has alcohol. You can reproduce Bud Light fairly accurately by dipping a slice of white bread in a glass of cold water for 5-10 seconds.
