  1. I like how serious it sounds, though. It sounds like the language an engineer would use to discuss serious subjects, unlike say Brazilian Portuguese, which sounds like a nice time at the beach, or French, which sounds like you're deeply in love with culinary ingredients. Japanese has some of this too, but it also sounds like a parent politely telling their son to do better next time.
