A capitalist utopia sounds really bad until you realize people in Hong Kong/Taiwan/Singapore live a pretty decent life compared to the communist utopias of Venezuela, Cuba or the former Soviet states. The problem I see here is how none of it is realistic or well thought out at all, seemingly a common trend in oil-rich Sharia dictatorships.
