  11. The game consoles bit makes no sense. Consoles are often sold at a loss, they don't make money as hardware but as a physical DRM. It's on the manufacturer's benefit that they get repaired.

  21. Example to clarify my point: Discord server I'm in wanted to play Minecraft. I was already paying a monthly server bill to host it, but did not want to give Microsoft any money (even though I spent way more on unplayed Steam games). I felt really bad when I eventually paid for a legit copy, and just because the pirated one was too out of date. If I could, I would pay an extra $20 or whatever just so Microsoft didn't make any money from the transaction.
