  2. There's someone I need to help that is going through this. She's been completely paralyzed in life and clearly overwhelmed despite only a "normal" level of challenges thrown by life. Are there any good resources I can use to explain this to her? Since it immediately clicked for me, but maybe a study I can read will give me the words I need to get her out of it.
