Good for you for telling him off.. Should of parked behind his car. Blocked him, called the police and reported him.. Then he would of gotten a expensive ticket. I have a handicap card. Not always easy finding handicap spots. I'm 74 years old. Sorry you fell and had two broken ankles. Thank you for the video. Blessings to you.
