  2. Is testing one of each a statistically meaningful sample? Yes, “I guess you got a bad one” isn’t a great defense, but if you tested 10 batteries from each brand and one brand’s battery was clearly best 9 times but last on the 10th, and that 10th battery was the one you used in the one-off test, your test’s conclusion of “best battery brand” would be suspect.
