  1. Brian Pallock Thumbs up for the PVC cement as control. PF, could you run a quick test on 5-10 pairs of end caps bonded this way and post results as an addendum?

  2. I’m flabbergasted by the inconsistent performance of some brands, especially in the PVC test (except for Stanley, which was consistently amazing, and Elmer’s, which was consistently not). Given that the bonded surfaces in the PVC test were very, very similar from sample to sample, and the glue applied came from the same stick of each brand, what causes this inconsistency?
