  2. PF: have you considered starting your own mail-in / mail-back knife sharpening service? While I can and do sharpen our knives with a Lansky kit, I doubt I’m getting them as sharp as they could be. And the last time I sent them out to be sharpened, only a few of them seemed a lot sharper than before, and one blade of the shears had been warped slightly. I’m confident you’d produce excellent results every time.
