Thank you crew of the Clotilda for risking your freedom to bring my ancestors to this great country.

Have you ever seen Bigfoot or Dogman in the area?

I'm only a novice hydrologist, but will weigh in. I researched this when QE2 hit Red Rock 1 and it's very counterintuitive. One would think passing over a shallow would cause a ship to rise. However, lower pressure caused by water moving faster under the ship creates "squat effect" (think airplane wing lift or your car being pulled toward an 18 wheeler when you pass it). This creates a valley around the ship, increasing it's draft. Ships actually use this principle to go under low clearance bridges.

evidently well isn't good enough then. if things turn out alright, it won't be because of anything I did.

They should let you into the parks for free since this all used to be your land.

It's actually very efficient, once it starts flowing, it's more of a syphoning effect.

30 Pounds of gold a year. Don't tell Parker Schnabel.

Most people would assume they start pumping at the surface, but the intake is actually placed at the greatest depth to take advantage of increased pressure creating more of a syphoning effect.

@OshineTheOranguTANK Of course they don't permanently drain the ocean, that would cause a rise in global sea levels, and you are probably right about them using sonar panels to power the pumps, that would explain why they never film at night.
2
All it would take is one leaky barrel.

Do you think it was a coincidence that you were singing or do you think it was music that brought the craft down?
2
This happens way too often.

How dare you? I understand archology but please stop. Is looking at one ship really worth causing the sea level to rise around the world?
1
When Mark doesn't get the joke but tries to explain it anyway.

That's why they only drain a small area at a time, but doesn't it still cause a rise in sea level somewhere else? It would be much better for people in low lying areas if they could use electrolysis or magnets to separate the hydrogen and oxygen, then the gas would just float up in the sky.
1
They will still have to dig in the dunes but draining the ocean first is def the way to go. I just worry about how it is affecting sea level rise.

Not only did Columbus meet Indians who had crossed the Atlantic in canoes in 1477 but his maternal ancestors were A(moor)icans who had migrated from America to North Africa and later Europe. Some researchers now believe he was was even born in Cuba. Columbus knew exactly where he was going and used the ruse of finding a route to India to finance his pilgrimage to the motherland.

We built that.

It seem really irresponsible considering sea level rise around the world.

Show us that Black Cleopatra

Duct tape is so bad for the environment.

All that water goes somewhere. With the world's oceans rising it seem pretty unethical.

I became a believer in "by any means necessary" after the 2020 election. You did not see Ruby Freeman feeding the same ballots into the tabulator over and over. There have always been ballot shredders at poling places. Only 2 dead people voted in Georgia. We always cover the windows before resuming the midnight count. Voting machines need algorithms. No ID, No problem. Having the National Guard at the Capitol might make a stolen election look like a military coup. Everyone knows "Find me the votes" "Stand back and stand by" "Peacefully and patriotically" are MAGA dog whistles for insurrection. 91 charges are not designed to hamper one's ability to campaign. Mar-A-Lago is only worth 18 million...

You think they just leave an open hole for other ships to fall into? They fill the hole back in when they are done idiot.
1
They did have some very fluid album covers.

Because black Amaru Khans don't fit the narrative.

National Parks were created to hide something much more sinister than Aliems.
