  2. Religion, socialism and environmentalism are all authoritarian, anti human cults. They all proclaim that humans are a problem, - flawed, sinners, evil, greedy, destructive. These cults have self loathers as adherents. All 3 demand incessant repentance and continuous self flagellation over perceived sins and bad behavior. They all begin to infringe on rights and liberties and all 3 demand suffering and sacrifice from everybody else. They all propagate guilt. No dissent is allowed. They all demand "live the way I say, adopt my values", followed by threats. They all embrace shaming those who disagree and refuse to submit. Atheism and capitalism are the two hedonistic ideologies. They both celebrate life, success, and a strong work ethic. Neither makes demands of others in any way.
