Crus Harold well india would always prefer russia over the us it has always been the case but today the problem is russia is waning and china is emerging this has forced them to ally . whats currently happening to russia with china is what usa did to uk post ww2.russia is no more the leader its slowly and surely within 20 yrs becoming the second in command for the chinese block.
