No talks , GO , NEUTRALISE THE TARGET AND COME BACK thats just how they operate !! so u cant really question them or charge them with anything !! Thats just the way they r!! The entire blame would go at the intelligence, they dsrve their punishment!! and the families of these innocent civilians should be compensated both by the state and the central govt ....
