India faced lack of hospital beds just like the united states did..the lack of oxygen was a result of mismanagement not due to India not having oxygen also u will forget that this happened only in ceryain parts north india, delhi and around..90 percent of the country didnt see a lack of hospital bed or oxygen..

It started in 1990 when a a bunch of desert cult followers threw out the native inhabitants of kashmir from their homes( kashmiri pandits) this is because it was then the soviets retreated from Afghanistan and pakistan diverted some of the mujahideens to kashmir Go get some real education instead of going to a madrsa
