There is a reason why the makers of this nation didnt choose to have a central command despite the heavy disadvantages it brings .it was to minimize any chance of a coup( as all three branches of the military had leaders who were equal in rank and independent of each other so the possibility of them cooperating without govt request was quite minimal) wish people keep that in mind..
