Bruh when the british came in India in 1700 contributed 23 percent of the world's GDP , an ancient civilizational land richer than europe and known throughout the world for the wealth it had gathered by trading spices!! When the british left tho india's contribution in the world was reduced to 3 percent and it became a land comparable to africa..😞

  4. Never ever in the entire 5000 yr long history has it been half as poor as it has been for the past 200 yrs.. Post independence tho we had a chance to recover from the absolute milking we went thro but we didnt because of our anti-capitalist policies.. It was only after the 1990s that india indeed started its path back to recovery. Hope we can can regain our lost glory within the next 100 yrs..
