my best bet would be a " US- INDIA joint space cooperation" because the US has the best monetary and technological aid available which when combined with india's huge skilled workforce and there ability to "utilise the best of each penny " could make this unreal project quite a reality asap

well we arent looting or enslaving anyone like during the colonial era so i dont think the point of being passive would work here!!india would have no problem on showing agression towards rocks lol

@DocPrakhar even if we ignore all the genocides, the manufactured droughts , famines and all atrocities u cannot ignore the basic system of colonisation as quoted by a british colonialist named john sullivan " under their own dynasties all the revenue collected in their country was invested and spent in their own country but now The little courts disappear--the capital decays--trade languishes----the people are impoverished--the Englishman flourishes, this system basically acts like a sponge, drawing up riches from the banks of the Ganges, and squeezing them down upon the banks of the Thames.”
1
@DocPrakhar that quote sums up pretty much the utopian idea of colonialism ( which nvr really existed because widespread atrocities were commited by the colonisers ) which still feels pretty disturbing and barbaric
1
@adamnesico those were all pseudo colonies the real colonisation only started after Constantinople fell!
