Destroyer Infinity its true not blaming .you would find negligible honor killing in south india . the more you go north , the worse it becomes for a women and northern india was the part under islamic rule for nearly 600 yrs . is it just a coincidence i dont think so

Destroyer Infinity hinduism already Has a provision known as "gandharva vivah " if u wanna do marriage with ur love who belongs to a different caste or same gender and ur society doesnt agree with u , u can do it in a temple no problem.this clearly shows honor killing is an islamic concept borrowed into indian society just like the practice of keeping the woman under a veil or homophobia or treating pig meat as digusting

@AmbitiousAlgiers that proves nothing .if a characteristic arrives in india through islam . its an Islamic characteristic for me but it doesnt mean islam would be the same everywhere .

@ramishmasood9114 it has been literally decades since sati has went extinct and more than 300 yrs since it was abolished moreover it was corruption of a practice in which wives could join if they wanted but later it got corrupted became compulsory in some parts of india 😂. make a. Better joke

Taha Hagar quran 4:34Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has given the one more (strength) than the other, and because they support them from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient, and guard in (the husband's) absence what Allah would have them guard. As to those women on whose part ye fear disloyalty and ill-conduct, admonish them (first), (Next), refuse to share their beds, (And last) beat them( lightly); but if they return to obedience, seek not against them Means (of annoyance): For Allah is Most High, great (above you all). sahih muslim 36:6597 Ibn Abbas reported that Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: I had a chance to look into the Paradise and I found that majority of the people was poor and I looked into the Fire and there I found the majority constituted by women. These are just two verses of the tens of verses discriminating against woman in islam but i think this much is enough for an evidence

Because lesser the islamic influence the better the society gets and we r trying our best to restore ourselves to our preislamic norms slowly and surely we will achieve it .300 to 800 ce was the golden age of india , we will soon have a golden age 2.0 within the next 100 yrs

@ramishmasood9114 people of the book cannot understand hinduism its extremely philosophical. In hinduism we focus on the teachings not on the dates or the person who gave it and to let u know krishna is conaidered a rather controversial figure in hinduism only his teachings are to be considered by hindus not his behaviour .( we dont even know that if krishna even existed or not unlike muhmadd )

@shaheenbeeharry7449 na no role of women there there only thing bad that currently exists in indian society and can be contributed to hinduism is discriminating and keeping the lower caste away from alll the things that the upper caste did. why it got misused this way and turned into a social evil even there islam and the british have a role but still i would consider it to be a hindu problem since the ingredients for this disaster where already present in hinduism
