Those muslim nations care about the modern world like , they care about the growth of their economy, they fear sanctions and also have to take care of the living conditions of their citizens hence they end up comprising with islam and islamic principles... Taliban gives islam the first priority in all fields !!, evrything else is secondary hence ending up in this state.
