This verse clearly says non muslims are worse than stray animals and u wanna justify . it wasnt for meccan pagans alone it was for every non Muslim under Islamic rule . And answer my one question the Qur'an was made into a book after the death of muhmadd when islam had finally won and paganism was Forcefully uprooted forever then why was this verse included .

U people have been brought up in such a way that u cannot see the truth 😖😖 , my brother all of these are the sahih international translations of the Qur'an , one of the most authentic and the most popular English quran translation in this world so even if it isn't true majority of those who have read the Qur'an in English are reading this translation . Other than that I have also seen yousaf ali translation( which is agreed by ever major islamic scholar ) that too says the same thing .I told u before hand the bitter truth is right in front of u but u cannot see or accept it , it's not ur fault NVR mind .

Indeed, he who associates others with Allah - Allah has forbidden him Paradise, and his refuge is the Fire. And there are not for the wrongdoers any helpers. Quran surah al araf 179And We have certainly created for Hell many of the jinn and mankind. They have hearts with which they do not understand, they have eyes with which they do not see, and they have ears with which they do not hear. Those are like livestock; rather, they are more astray. It is they who are the heedless.
