If I do feel like tipping for remedial items like coffee, sandwich or even sometimes when I visit the dispensary I will always notice if they work for their tips...Example- A friendly greeting, welcoming smile, taking time to answer questions or friendly chat. Then when I pay and see the tip option..I will ask, "do you get all the tips?"
