Please explain to me how Cuba is supposed to trade with the world IF THE US LITERALLY WON’T LET THEM? Since that date, any Cuban citizen, with a valid passport, can leave the country at will, without let or hindrance from the Cuban authorities.” So yeah. They can leave. Whenever they want. I’ve been to Iran in 2018 and seen the effects of American sanctions first hand. Not just Cuba. America will go down in history as a shameful country for its actions reminiscent of the British empire at its height - Forcing its will on everyone else.
